I recently sought funding for my business through this company after coming across their website. Although the website offered clear information about their services, the application process felt a bit cumbersome. The customer service was responsive but could have been more proactive in updating me on the progress. Once my funding was approved, the terms and rates seemed reasonable compared to other options. However, the disbursement process took longer than expected, causing some inconvenience for my business operations. Overall, the experience was satisfactory, but there is definitely room for improvement. 🤔👍
