I recently hired a furniture restoration company to restore my antique dining table and chairs, and I came across this company online. I must say, I was quite disappointed with my experience. The website was easy to navigate and had some beautiful examples of their previous work, which gave me high hopes. However, when I contacted them for a quote, I found their customer service to be average at best. 🤷‍♀️ They took a while to respond to my inquiry and seemed uninterested in my project. The work they did on my table and chairs was satisfactory, but nothing extraordinary. There were some small details they missed, which was disappointing. The overall outcome was decent, but I expected a bit more attention to detail given their reputation. I wouldn't say it was a terrible experience, but it was just average. I might recommend them for simple projects, but for more intricate work, I would look elsewhere.
