I recently used the services of this rehabilitation company and found their approach to be quite average. The website was informative, and the staff seemed knowledgeable, but I didn't feel as though my specific needs were fully addressed. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, which was a plus. However, I was hoping for a more personalized experience, and I didn't quite get that. Overall, it was an average experience, and I would recommend they focus more on individualized care for their clients.
