I had mixed feelings about Planetiq. The website was easy to navigate, but the product quality was not up to par. However, their customer service was friendly and helpful in resolving my issues. They offered me a replacement, and the second product I received was of better quality. I appreciate their efforts in making things right. Overall, I would rate them as average.
