I recently used the refrigerated services provided by this company and overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information I needed. Their team was prompt in responding to my inquiries and the delivery was on time. However, there were a few areas where I felt they could have improved. The communication throughout the process could have been more consistent and I would have appreciated more updates on the status of my shipment. Additionally, the customer service could have been more friendly and attentive. While the services provided were satisfactory, there is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer experience. In conclusion, it was an average experience and I would consider using them again if the improvements are made.
