Overall experience with Direct Airway, Inc was average. The customer service was decent, but there were a few hiccups during the booking process. The flight itself was smooth and comfortable. The in-flight entertainment options were good. The only downside was the food, which was below average. I would consider flying with them again if they improve their customer service and food quality.
