I had an average experience with Cruise express. The staff was generally friendly, but there were a few instances where they seemed overwhelmed. The onboard facilities were nice, but some areas felt crowded at times. The food was decent, but nothing exceptional. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience, but I expected a bit more based on the company's reputation.
