I've been using this program for a few months now and I'm really happy with the results. The resources and tools provided are great for maintaining a healthy lifestyle. The coaching calls are informative and the coaches are helpful. The website could use some improvements in terms of user interface, but overall, I'm satisfied with Real Appeal.
