Lance Bank is an average company with decent service. I have been a customer for a couple of years now and have had no major issues. The online banking platform is user-friendly and I appreciate the various features they offer. However, their customer support could use some improvement as it can be difficult to get a prompt response at times. Overall, I would say Lance Bank is a decent option for basic banking needs.
