As a customer of Gems jewellers & gems stone, I must say that the overall experience has been average. The quality of the gemstones is satisfactory, but the customer service could be better. The staff is knowledgeable, but not very friendly. The website is easy to navigate, but I had some difficulty placing my order. I hope the company takes feedback into account and works towards improving their service.
