The Dallas County Health Department is doing an average job in providing healthcare services. I have been a customer for a while now, and while they are not exceptional, they are also not terrible. The staff is mostly friendly and professional, and the facilities are generally clean. However, there have been occasions where the wait times were quite long, which can be frustrating. Overall, I would say they are satisfactory.
