I recently had an average experience with a real estate agency. The staff was helpful, but the overall process took longer than expected. The properties they showed me did not entirely meet my requirements, and I had to compromise on certain aspects. Although they were responsive to my queries, I believe there is room for improvement in their service. I would consider exploring other options before working with them again.
