I recently rented equipment from this company for a project. The website was easy to navigate, and I found what I needed quickly. However, the communication could have been better. I had to follow up multiple times to get updates on my order, which was frustrating. The equipment arrived on time, but it seemed a bit outdated and not as well-maintained as I had hoped. On the bright side, the staff was polite and helpful when I contacted them. Overall, it was an average experience. I would consider using them again but hope for improved communication and more updated equipment next time. 😐
