I had a mixed experience with this company. While their training programs were informative and well-structured, the overall delivery lacked enthusiasm and engagement. The trainers did not seem to have a deep understanding of the subject matter and were unable to answer some of the participants' questions. However, the course materials provided were useful and comprehensive. The Institute of People Management of Zimbabwe has the potential to be a great training provider with some improvements.
