I recently had the opportunity to work with Potomac recruiting and I must say, it was an average experience. The company did a good job of matching me with potential job opportunities and kept me updated throughout the process. However, I felt that they could have been more proactive in helping me prepare for interviews and providing feedback. Overall, I would rate their services as average.
