I recently came across a company that offers storage solutions and I decided to give it a try. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate. I appreciated the variety of storage options available. However, I found the overall service to be average. Although the prices were competitive, the communication with customer service could have been better. There were instances where my inquiries took longer than expected to get a response. Additionally, I experienced some delays with the delivery of my stored items. While the quality of the storage units was satisfactory, I felt that the company could have done more to ensure a smoother and more efficient process. Overall, I would consider using this company again, but I hope to see improvements in their customer service and delivery speed in the future.
