I had a decent experience with Heart of Kent Hospice. The staff was professional, although I felt that some lacked a bit of warmth and personal connection. The facilities were adequate, but I noticed a few areas that could benefit from improvement. Overall, it was an average experience, but I appreciate the care provided during a difficult time.
