I recently hired a market research company for my business needs and came across "Midas Business Research". Their website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information. However, I found their services to be average. Although they delivered the research within the agreed timeline, I felt that the quality could have been better. The data provided seemed to be generic and lacked in-depth analysis. Additionally, the customer service experience was just decent. While their representatives were prompt in addressing my queries, they didn't go the extra mile to truly understand my specific requirements. Overall, I would rate them as average. They did complete the job within the allotted time, but the lack of personalized and in-depth research left me wanting more.
