I have been using Poolworks' services for over a year now, and I must say they are average. The level of customer service could be improved, but the overall experience is satisfactory. They offer a wide range of products and the prices are reasonable. I appreciate their punctuality in delivering the supplies I need for my pool maintenance. However, there have been a few instances where the quality of the products was not up to my expectations. Overall, I would say Poolworks is an average company.
