I recently purchased a couple of pieces from their website and I must say I was impressed with the quality and craftsmanship of the products. However, I found their customer service to be lacking in terms of response time and follow-up. Additionally, the shipping took longer than I expected. 🤔 The products themselves were lovely, but the overall experience left something to be desired. I would recommend keeping an eye on their customer service and shipping processes, as that could greatly improve the overall shopping experience.
