I have been a customer of Vitel a.s. for several years now and I must say that their services are average at best. While they do have a wide range of products, their customer service is lacking. The staff members are not very knowledgeable and it often takes a long time to get a response to my inquiries. The website is also not very user-friendly and it can be difficult to find what I'm looking for. Overall, I would recommend Vitel a.s. as an average company with room for improvement.
