👍 Overall, my experience with this security installation company was average. While their website was easy to navigate and provided detailed information about their services, I found the actual installation process to be a bit lacking. The technicians were friendly and professional, but it seemed like they were rushing through the job and didn't pay enough attention to detail. This resulted in a few minor issues that needed fixing after the installation was complete.

Additionally, I was disappointed with the lack of follow-up communication from the company. I had a few questions and concerns after the installation, but it took quite some time to receive a response. It would have been helpful if they had been more proactive in addressing my queries.

On the positive side, the equipment provided was of good quality and has been functioning well since the installation. However, considering the price I paid, I expected a higher level of service and attention to detail. Overall, an average experience.
