My recent experience with the Department of Human Services was not up to the mark. The staff appeared disinterested and did not provide adequate information. It felt like they were just going through the motions without any genuine concern for the customers. The website was also outdated and difficult to navigate. They need to improve their services and create a more customer-centric approach.
