I had a mixed experience with Jtb Global Marketing & Travel Inc. Overall, the service was great, but there were a few minor issues that could have been better. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was smooth. However, I had some issues with the customer service. There were times when it took a while to get a response to my queries. Despite this, the staff was friendly and helpful when I finally got through to them. The rates offered by Jtb Global Marketing & Travel Inc. were competitive and I was able to find a good deal for my trip. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
