👍 I recently used the services of this company for my insurance credentialing needs. Overall, I had an average experience with them. The website was user-friendly and provided clear instructions on the credentialing process. However, the response time from their customer support team was not as prompt as I had expected. It took a couple of days to receive a response to my queries which caused a slight delay in the process. The company did manage to successfully complete my credentialing, but the overall time it took was longer than anticipated. Additionally, I found their fees to be slightly on the higher side compared to other similar companies in the market.
