I have been a customer of Ngage Media Global Ltd for a few months now, and I must say their services are quite average. While their website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, the quality of their products and the customer support leaves much to be desired. The response time for queries is quite slow and their solutions are often temporary fixes rather than long-term solutions. I would rate my experience with the company as average.
