I recently used a translation service and decided to go with Lacerta after reading some positive reviews. Overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate, and the ordering process was simple. However, the quality of the translation wasn't exceptional. While the majority of the content was accurately translated, there were a few errors and inconsistencies that caught my eye. The turnaround time was also slightly longer than expected. On the positive side, the customer service was responsive and answered my questions promptly. They were polite and professional.
