CUSTOMER: I had an okay experience with Visit Rochester. The website provided some helpful information, but I found it lacking in certain areas. The customer service was average, and the response time to my queries was slow. While it helped me plan my trip to some extent, I feel there is room for improvement. Overall, my experience was average.
