I recently purchased some products from a particular online company that seeks to empower and support survivors of human trafficking. The website was easy to navigate, and the products were beautifully curated and reasonably priced. I appreciate their efforts to provide employment and training to survivors, and the quality of the products was good. However, I did encounter some issues with the delivery and customer service. It took longer than expected for the items to arrive, and when I reached out to the customer service team for assistance, the response was quite delayed. Overall, I support the mission of this company, but I hope they can improve their logistics and customer service to provide a more seamless experience for their customers.
