I had an average experience with African Focus Tourism and Hospitality Consult Ltd. The staff was friendly but not very attentive to details. There were some issues with the accommodation, and the tour guide didn't provide enough information about the places we visited. However, the overall trip was decent and I did enjoy some of the activities.
