Talk Talk is an average company. While their services are not outstanding, they are also not terrible. The customer service could use some improvement, as I found it difficult to reach a representative who could effectively address my concerns. The pricing is fair, but there are definitely better options available. Overall, I would say Talk Talk provides an average experience.
