I had an appointment with Points Medical recently and overall it was a satisfactory experience. The staff was friendly and the doctor was knowledgeable. However, the waiting time was a bit longer than expected. It would be great if they could manage the appointments more efficiently. Nevertheless, I would recommend Points Medical for their professional services.
