I recently used this travel agency to book a business trip and I have to say, it was just okay. 😐 The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, but the overall experience fell short of my expectations. The customer service was average, with slow responses to my inquiries and a lack of personalization. While their prices were competitive, I didn't feel like they went the extra mile to find the best deals for me. The booking process itself was smooth, but there were a few hiccups along the way with incorrect information. The itinerary they provided was detailed, but I had to double-check everything myself.
