As a customer, I found the company's website to be visually appealing and user-friendly. I appreciated the variety of property listings and the detailed information provided for each listing. However, I was somewhat disappointed with the response time from the customer service team when I had inquiries about certain properties. It took longer than expected to receive a follow-up, which was slightly frustrating. Additionally, I feel that the company could improve by providing more transparency in their pricing and fees. Overall, my experience was average. I was satisfied with the website interface and property options, but there is room for improvement in terms of responsiveness and transparency.
