I had the opportunity to participate in a training organized by the Public Sector Capacity Building Secretariat, and it was an excellent experience. The trainers were knowledgeable and passionate about their subjects. The content was highly relevant and practical, and the learning objectives were clearly outlined. The secretariat's commitment to capacity building is commendable. I look forward to attending more trainings with them in the future.
