I have been dealing with the Australian Government Department of Agriculture and Water Resources for several years now, and I must say that my overall experience has been average. While their customer service is decent and they have a wide range of services, there are times when their response times are slower than expected. However, they do take their time to address any issues that I have had, and I appreciate that. Overall, I would rate the department as average.
