I recently booked a trip with a well-known travel agency and it was a disaster. The customer service was terrible and the itinerary was poorly planned. However, my experience with Michelangelo International Travel was completely different. The staff was professional, the itinerary was well-designed, and everything went according to plan. I'm definitely going back to them for my future trips!
