I had an experience at a local juvenile detention center, and although I won't mention the name, I was impressed with the level of care and support provided to the juveniles. The staff showed compassion and dedication in their work. The facility could use some improvements in terms of living conditions, but overall, it's a decent place for rehabilitation and reintegration.
