I had an average experience with Ctva - corporate tv & video association e.v. The website was easy to navigate and the information provided was helpful. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. They were slow to respond to my inquiries and didn't seem very knowledgeable. Overall, I would say that Ctva is an okay company, but there is definitely room for improvement.
