I joined Trainmex a month ago and I'm already seeing great results. The workouts are intense but effective. The trainers are knowledgeable and provide guidance without being overly strict. The only improvement I would suggest is better ventilation in the workout area. Overall, Trainmex is a great place to achieve your fitness goals.
