I recently ordered some items from their website, and I was left with mixed feelings. On the positive side, their website is user-friendly and offers a decent selection of products. However, my order took longer to arrive than I had expected, and the customer service response was slow when I inquired about the delay. The quality of the products was average, and I expected better given the price. Overall, my experience was just average. I wish the company would focus more on improving their fulfillment and customer service to match the quality of their products.
