I recently worked with a personal injury law firm with a website "harrybrownlaw.com" to handle a case. My experience was, unfortunately, a bit underwhelming. While the initial consultation was informative, the communication throughout the process was lacking. There were delays in responses to my inquiries, and it felt like I had to constantly follow up to get updates on my case. The legal team seemed knowledgeable, but the overall experience left much to be desired. The website's user interface was easy to navigate, but the actual experience with the firm felt disconnected. It's not a terrible experience, but definitely not exceptional either.
