I had an average experience with Mountain Jade. While their products are of good quality, I found their customer service to be lacking. The staff was not very knowledgeable and seemed disinterested in helping me find the right piece. The website was easy to navigate, but the checkout process was a bit confusing. Overall, I expected better service from such a reputable company.
