I had an average experience with Proyecto Andares....

I had an average experience with Proyecto Andares. Although they have a good mission and their website is informative, I found their customer service to be lacking. The response time was slow and they were not very helpful in answering my questions. Overall, I think they have potential, but there is definitely room for improvement.
