I had a recent experience with a travel company and I must say that it was not satisfactory. The booking process was confusing and the website lacked user-friendliness. It took me a while to navigate through the options and find what I was looking for. Additionally, the customer support team was not very helpful in resolving my queries. Overall, I would not recommend using this service.
