I had a very mixed experience with Idatech. While their products are innovative and of high quality, their customer service left much to be desired. The representatives were often unhelpful and seemed uninterested in resolving any issues. However, once I escalated my concerns to a manager, they were able to assist me in a professional manner. Overall, I would say their products are great but their customer service needs improvement.
