I had an average experience with St.kitts tourism authority. The website was user-friendly and provided useful information about attractions and activities on the island. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The staff was not very responsive to my inquiries and I had to wait a long time to get a response. I think they could improve their communication with customers to provide a better experience.
