I recently had a not-so-great experience with Mac vending sas. I encountered some issues with their vending machines, and the support team was not very helpful in resolving the problem. It took multiple follow-ups to get a response, and even then, the issue was not completely resolved. I hope they improve their customer support and service quality to avoid such situations in the future. Overall, my experience was disappointing.
