I have been a customer of Jackpotjoy group for over a year now and I must say, their services are average. The website is easy to navigate and the games are entertaining. However, I find their customer support team to be somewhat lacking. They take too long to respond to queries and their solutions are often not satisfactory. Overall, I would rate my experience with Jackpotjoy group as average.
