I recently purchased a truck from this company and had an average experience. The website was user-friendly, making it easy to browse their inventory. The staff was polite, but I felt like I had to initiate most of the conversation. The purchasing process was smooth, but I wish they would have provided more detailed information about the vehicle's history and maintenance. Their after-sales service was satisfactory, but I feel like there could have been more proactive communication regarding the delivery timeline. Overall, the experience was neither exceptional nor disappointing. I would consider giving them another chance in the future, but I hope to see improvements in their customer engagement and transparency.
